 How does one do oil pulling?

Use any good raw, organic oil. I like Olive and Coconut. Put 1 teaspoon or so in your mouth. Swish it around. Push it back and forth through your teeth, moving it into every corner. Do this for 15-20 minutes, 1-3 times per day on an empty stomach. When you finish, spit out the oil. Never swallow it. If your mouth gets too full with saliva or mucus during the process, simple spit everything out and continue with a fresh spoon of oil till you reach your finish time.
