Always use organic products when available.
Get plenty of exercise and regular rest.
PROTEIN: Red meat: (3 ounces/ 85 grams) three times per week minimum. More if desired. Also as much as desired of: Fish, poultry, raw nuts and seeds, soy products (except in females with imbalanced estrogen), legumes, nut butters and eggs
For strict vegetarians use 1- 500 mg methionine cap with each vegetarian protein meal
CARBOHYDRATES: Brown rice: half a cup one time per day minimum. More if desired. Also as much as desired of: Oats, rye, millet, amaranth, quinoa, barley
Grains must cooked whole and flour avoided completely.
If you are a O Blood type then limit yourself to only the 1/2 cup of brown rice per day.
VEGETABLES: Anything desired.
If diabetic or an O Blood type: avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash, turnips, rutabaga, and other starchy vegetables
FRUIT: Fresh fruit: one time per day maximum. Fresh fruit juice: one time per day maximum.
Fruit must only be consumed 10-15 minutes before a meal.
If diabetic: avoid fruit totally.
SNACKS: Every 2 hours between meals.
Snacks must be a protein or non-starchy vegetable.
WATER: 8-10 glasses per day.
CELTIC SALT: Add a little to all grains and vegetables when cooking.
AVOID: caffeine, alcohol, recreational drugs, all sweeteners, wheat, flour products, preservatives, dyes, fried foods, dairy, white rice.
