Deep Circle Yoga Breathing

  • Begin by finding a comfortable lying position
  • Exhale completely
  • Now, start to inhale very slowly, fill your lower abdomen first, then your solar plexus area, next allow the breath to flow into your chest and finally all the way up into your shoulders
  • This should take 20 to 60 counts, depending on your fitness level
  • Once you reach maximum inhalation, immediately begin to exhale very slowly
  • Exhaling the air out of your upper chest first, then your solar plexus and finally your lower abdomen
  • This should take 20 to 60 counts, use the same number on both inhalation and exhalation
  • When you reach maximum exhale, immediately begin your next inhalation

This is one round, repeat this 3-6 times.
